Joe Deluca joined the HUB International Learning and Development team as a Learning Systems Application Developer. In this role, he provided significant opportunities to evolve HUB International’s existing learning programs as well as create new learning delivery methods through the use of new technologies in computer based training, mobile learning, and serious gaming. Joe’s extensive experience in learning technologies ensured that the HUB International’s learning programs met the dynamic needs of the organization.

Joe’s strengths are in eLearning technologies, programming languages, graphic design, 3D animation, learning management systems, and software development. Joe enjoys using his wealth of technical knowledge to provide learning solutions. He thrives at bringing simplicity to complex problems.

From 2012 to 2015, Joe served as eLearning programmer for Crew Training International where he developed emulations, simulations, and games for phones, tablets, and computer based training used for military aviation training programs. His deep knowledge and experience with a wide variety of programming languages provides him with the ability to select the best language for the project. His experience spans software development, game development, web development, web design, 3d modeling and animation, motion graphics, and graphics design. Along with the programming and development responsibilities, he administered the customer facing learning management system which provides crew resource training to pilots.

From 2008 to 2012, Joe worked at Physicians Postgraduate Press Inc. as a programmer. He was accountable for maintaining applications, websites, users, and databases, as well as, creating reports and exports for data, adding new features to current systems, programming new applications, and reprogramming old systems into .net applications. The websites worked on were psychiatrist.com, cmeinstitute.com, and primarycarecompanion.com. The programming was in support of the custom learning management system, content management system, and subscribing and purchasing system.

In 2008, Joe contracted with Signature Advertising and National Bankers Trust through Robert Half Technology for flash programming, web design, and web development. At Signature, he developed a flash web application which was an ordering system for select employees of Homewood Suites to order a custom picture with designer frame of their choosing. While at National Bankers Trust, Joe designed and developed the front end of the online cash management system for managing cash flow, budgeting expenses, paying bills, and managing fuel cards for clients.

From 2001 to 2004, Joe owned his own small business where he freelanced graphics, 3d graphics and animation, video editing and effects, web design and development, Dvd authoring, and enhanced multimedia cds. Some of his notable clients were Fire Mountain Marketing, Inferno Advertising, University of Tennessee Cancer Institute, and Smith Nephew.
